Project description

Information technologies thoroughly transform economy, culture and political relations. This process causes the quantized information itself to become a capital and an instrument of social control. The project examines the tension between bioinformatics and political economy.
The genetic code of the author has been combined with a code of a virus. What is this new nonhuman organism, which can be synthesised and which can replicate infinitely? Can it evade the laws of capital circulation?
